• Ex-Servicemen: Name, rank, service number, regiment, contact details, and documents used for identity verification.
• Employers: Company name, industry, authorized contact details, GSTIN/PAN/CIN, and job listing details.
• Visitors: Enquiry messages, name, and contact information submitted via the Contact page.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To match ex-servicemen with relevant employment opportunities.
• To verify employer legitimacy before activation on the portal.
• To respond to enquiries and provide welfare-related information.
• To send notifications about new job postings, news, and announcements relevant to ex-servicemen.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Information may be shared with verified employers only when a job application is submitted. Government authorities may receive data if required by law.

4. Data Security

All data is stored securely. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to personal records is restricted to authorised administrators only.

5. Your Rights

You may request correction or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Employer accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be deactivated.

1. Acceptance

By accessing Sainik Dost, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the portal immediately.

2. Eligibility

• Ex-Servicemen: Must be honourably discharged veterans of the Indian Armed Forces, para-military, or allied forces.
• Employers: Must be registered businesses or organisations with a valid legal identity document (PAN, GSTIN, CIN, etc.) and must be approved by the Sainik Dost administrator before activation.

3. Employer Responsibilities

• All job listings must be genuine, accurate, and comply with applicable labour laws.
• Employers must not discriminate against applicants on grounds other than relevant service background and qualification.
• Fake listings, misleading compensation details, or misuse of applicant data will result in immediate account suspension.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Posting fraudulent, illegal, or offensive content.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data.
• Using the portal for spam, phishing, or commercial solicitation unrelated to veteran employment.

5. Disclaimer

Sainik Dost acts as an intermediary platform. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. We are not liable for any disputes arising between employers and applicants after initial contact via the portal.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
